The water resistant bulb gives 150W infra red which delivers warmth to the human body. It is used to relieve muscular pain, localised rheumatic and arthritic pain and other conditions.
The warmth of the irradiation increases blood flow in the irradiated skin tissues. Increased temperature also improves local metabolism. Improved blood flow brings more oxygen and nutrients to the treated area and encourages the speed of healing.
Warm infrared light can be used alongside other therapies when treating ear, nose and throat problems and it can also assist with facial beauty care and speed up skin clarification, where impurities are present.
Beurer Infrared Lamp IL21 is simple and easy to use. Plug in and direct the soothing warm irradiation on to the treated area for approximately 12 minutes. The distance from the skin should be approximately 50 cm (20") and producing a pleasant warming sensation on the irradiated skin
